Transformations Wellness Center:

  • specializes in treatment and counseling for individuals struggling with alcohol and/or substance abuse or addiction

  • is licensed through the State of Oregon to provide intensive Substance Use Disorder (SUD) residential treatment services

Our Program

 

We are a long term residential care program. The length of stay is contingent upon the individual needs of the resident.

Our program is ever evolving to meet the needs of our community.

We offer groups by experienced and trained counselors encompassing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, relapse prevention, experiential process groups, culturally and spiritually sensitive groups, family involvement, therapeutic outings, life skills development, therapeutic gardening, anger management, psycho education groups, yoga and meditation groups.
